Afya Kids Project is accepting applications for volunteers for one week projects in the Nairobi slums. Our aim on this project is to treat intestinal worms and provide first aid training. Qualified volunteers will be doing healthcare checks on primary school students. Non-Medical volunteers are welcome if space is available. Medic Outpost runs several different projects in rural Mexico. These programs will provide the volunteers a look at rural Mexico that few will ever get to see. Our programs focus on birthing and midwife training, community first responder training, CPR, and more advanced rural clinic training. A healthcare background is great but not required. Come volunteer with Medic Outpost in the USA. We operate primarily in Texas but are always looking for opportunities to help first responders and communities anywhere we can. Medic Outpost provides community-based CPR/AED programs along with first aid courses. We also provide advanced course to EMS systems. Medical training is always helpful but not required.
